1. Inventory and Fixed Pricing
Founder Archetype maintains exactly three (3) persistent underwriter slots across the property:
Slot 1 — Primary Underwriter$249 USD per month (recurring monthly subscription) OR $999 USD one-time (lifetime placement). Includes initial-viewport placement above the fold on all result dossiers and exhibition index placement.
Slot 2 & Slot 3 — Secondary Underwriters$100 USD per month per slot (recurring monthly subscription) OR $499 USD one-time (lifetime placement). Includes secondary placement on all result dossiers and exhibition index placement.
Pricing is fixed and authoritative on our server. We do not operate dynamic auctions, bidding wars, or algorithmic price escalations.
2. Single Occupancy and Atomic Checkout Locking
- Single Occupancy: Each sponsorship slot can have only one active sponsor at any given time.
- Atomic Reservation: Initiating checkout places a temporary, durable 30-minute hold on the slot to prevent simultaneous double-booking. If the checkout session is abandoned, expires, or fails, the hold is safely released.
- Payment Authority: A slot booking or buyout is confirmed exclusively upon cryptographic receipt of a verified webhook event from our primary payment processor (Dodo Payments). Browser redirects, success URLs, or client-side return events cannot confirm payment or activate a sponsor.
3. Monthly Subscriptions, Renewals & Standard Cancellation
Monthly sponsorships are billed every 30 days in advance via Dodo Payments.
- Active Term: A paid monthly sponsorship secures the designated slot for the paid 30-day billing window.
- Automatic Renewal: Recurring renewal charges extend the active placement end date by an additional 30-day period.
- Voluntary Cancellation: A monthly sponsor may cancel their recurring subscription at any time. The placement remains live through the end of the paid billing period, after which the slot becomes available for new underwriters.
4. Lifetime Buyout of Monthly-Occupied Slots
Permanent Buyout Mechanism
If a slot is occupied by a monthly sponsor, another customer may purchase its lifetime placement at the established lifetime price ($999 for Slot 1; $499 for Slots 2 and 3). This purchase constitutes a permanent buyout of the slot.
- A monthly sponsor cannot block a legitimate lifetime buyout simply because time remains in their subscription term.
- Once the lifetime buyer's payment is cryptographically verified by Dodo Payments webhook, ownership transfers immediately and atomically to the lifetime sponsor.
- The displaced monthly sponsor's recurring subscription is cancelled with Dodo Payments to stop all future renewal charges.
- A slot occupied by a monthly sponsor accepts only a lifetime buyout; a second monthly sponsor cannot purchase an occupied slot.
5. Displaced Monthly Sponsor Refund Policy (26-Day Cutoff)
When a monthly sponsor is displaced by a verified lifetime buyout, Founder Archetype enforces an exact 26-day refund rule based on the elapsed time from the start of the displaced sponsor's current paid monthly billing period:
Fewer than 26.0 elapsed days: Full RefundIf fewer than 26 elapsed days have passed in the current billing period at the time of verified buyout confirmation (e.g., 25 days and 23 hours), the displaced monthly sponsor receives a full refund (100%) of the monthly payment paid for that billing period.
26.0 elapsed days or more: No RefundIf 26.0 elapsed days or more have passed in the current billing period (e.g., exactly 26 days, 27 days, etc.), no refund is issued for the current period. In both cases, the recurring subscription is cancelled so no subsequent billing cycles are ever charged.
- Calculations use exact server-side elapsed timestamps rather than rounded calendar dates.
- No prorated refunds are issued under any circumstances; the policy is strictly a full refund or zero refund.
- Refunds and subscription cancellations may take standard processing time (typically 3–7 business days depending on banking rails) through Dodo Payments.
- If a prospective lifetime buyout checkout fails, is abandoned, or expires without payment confirmation, the existing monthly sponsor remains active and undisturbed with no cancellation or refund triggered.
6. Definition and Scope of Lifetime Placement
Permanence and Commercial Lifespan
“Lifetime placement” denotes an indefinite, non-recurring placement that remains active for the commercial lifespan of the Founder Archetype website.
- A confirmed lifetime-occupied slot cannot be bought out, outbid, or replaced by any subsequent sponsor under ordinary business rules.
- A lifetime buyer does not obtain ownership, equity, governance, intellectual property rights, or operational control over Founder Archetype. The purchase grants exclusively the defined advertising placement.
- Lifetime placement means the lifespan of the Founder Archetype product and service. Should the project ever be retired, migrated, or discontinued after reasonable commercial effort, no ongoing financial liability or refund applies.
7. Sponsor Creative, Standards & Policy-Based Removal
Each sponsor must provide a company name, concise tagline (maximum 160 characters), valid destination URL (http/https), and optional logo. Underwriters are strictly responsible for their creative representations and destination web properties.
Prohibited Content: Placements may not feature deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, sexually explicit, hate-speech, malware, illegal gambling, unlawful securities offerings, or misleading financial claims.
Exceptional Administrative Removal: We reserve the right to remove any placement that violates our content policies or applicable law. Such removals require explicit administrative authorization and generate an immutable audit log.
8. Payment Processing, Taxes & Operator Inquiries
All financial transactions are handled authoritatively by Dodo Payments. Applicable sales taxes, VAT, or digital service levies are determined and assessed in compliance with jurisdiction requirements at checkout.
