1. Quiz Responses and Assessment Data

When you take the Founder Archetype assessment, your question selections are scored locally within your browser. We do not require an account, registration, or email address to take the test or view your dossier. Your final dossier is represented by a deterministic URL slug (such as /r/siege or encoded 36-vector parameter). Anyone with access to your shared URL can view the archetype dossier associated with that code.

2. Sponsor Interaction Analytics

To verify sponsor performance for our underwriters, we log minimal, privacy-conscious sponsor impression and click events:

  • Sponsor slot identifier (Slot 1, 2, or 3) and sponsor record ID.
  • Event timestamp (UTC).
  • Page context (homepage or result dossier).
  • A truncated, cryptographically salted 16-character daily session hash derived from your IP address and user-agent string. This hash is reset daily, prevents multi-day cross-session tracking, and cannot be reversed to discover your personal identity.

We do not sell this data, and we do not use third-party behavioral advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

3. Underwriter and Billing Data

If you purchase a sponsor placement, your payment transaction is processed directly by Stripe. Founder Archetype does not store, process, or view your full credit card number, CVV, or banking credentials. We store only the necessary operational metadata in our Supabase PostgreSQL database:

  • Company name, logo URL, destination URL, and marketing tagline.
  • Contact email address for administrative notifications and receipt delivery.
  • Stripe Customer ID, Subscription ID, Checkout Session ID, and payment status.
  • Start and renewal/expiration timestamps.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Sponsorship and administrative records are stored securely in Supabase PostgreSQL databases with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled. Public visitors can query only confirmed, active sponsor records. Sponsor analytics logs are aggregated and retained for audit purposes.

5. Data Subject Rights & Operator Inquiries

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. Since quiz responses are anonymous and not tied to user accounts, we maintain no personal dossier profiles to delete. Underwriters wishing to update their billing contact or creative data may email our operations desk at [OPERATOR_CONTACT_EMAIL_PLACEHOLDER].
